Its time to blog about Venice!!
Me and SJ pay a visit to Venice last week, spend a fantastic 4 nights in the magical city, still feeling excited about it now even just by looking back at all our pics!
we are taking a noon flights, but we need to wake up real early to get ready and head out to the bus station, catch a 2 hour bus from London City to the stupid damn far away Stansted Airport.. lucky we got all our luggages ready packed up the day before.. but still we didn't get enough of sleep for the day..
Arrived at the airport, drop our luggage, pass the security check and here we are at the tax free shopping area! :P i mean the departure hall hahahha~
They just love Christmas dont they? Christmas decoration is everywhere even in the departure hall!
lip balm is a must when travelling with flights!
up up here we go heading to Italy!!
Flying with Ryan Air
we basically sleep over the whole 2 hours of flight... too damn tired ady!
when we wake up, we're already at Venice Marco Polo Airport! alright i just realize that they name their airport after Marco Polo! the guy that "bring back" spaghetti!
After collected our luggage, we purchase our bus ticket into Venice city~ It cost 5 euro per person per trip~ well this is the cheapest way to get into the city ady!

its a cold chilly day!

next thing to do! we need to find the way to our hotel~

its only about 5 min away from the Bus station to our hotel, but it took us 15min to slowly walk and take photos =D
as you can see, the canal is their road~
peaceful and breathtaking
and all the bridges is in different design~ crossing a bridge mean walking towards another small island
finally we arrived at our hotel~
this is where we gonna stay for the next 4 nights!

it only take us 5 min to check in, and here we go to our room~

drop our bags and get ready ourself, time to go for a walk~
there is alot of shops and restaurant located around our hotel area

its around 4pm that time, but the sky is getting dark ady

we didnt have the chance to eat any lunch earlier while travelling, so we decided to go for dinner early~

its not even 5pm yet so the restaurant is empty!
we ordered a Bruschetta and a Calzone
honestly, this is the BEST bruschetta ever! even Jamie's Italian cant make it this good!

finish dinner, we walk back out on the street~ its really quite at night

Its too cold to stay outside, so we decided to go back to hotel and rest!

well its not a good idea to stay up late the day before you travel! coz you'll fall asleep the next day at 9pm!!
anyway~ sleep early for our first night and get enough rest for tomorrow~~!!
